Wednesdays

.... are not my favorite days in the week. 

Therefore I need some good music to cheer me up.
I walked by the riverside tonight, feeling the midsummer breeze and enjoying the last bit of a lovely Tuesday in the end of September - and this beautiful little cover song by lovely Agnes Obel fits perfectly for the mood i'm in tonight.

Happy hour, Bastille and walking down Champs-Élysées .. That's how a like my Saturday!

... and of course with some of the very best girls.

Mini wine bottles from Mono, strangers with masks in the dark, dancing on the bar, fire and loud music, free champagne at Bastille and streetdancers at Champs-Élysées ..

.. it can't be any better.

Family and sun in the garden

Had a great sunny sunday! It was around 26-28 degrees, so it was shorts and tee time again.

Even though it was almost too hot, i went for a long run and later on i had a nice picnic in the garden with the family. In the afternoon i cleaned my room and prepared everything for the big day tomorrow ..

.... school starts! I'm really looking forward to getting back to school.

It has been a never ending summer. Which is meant in a good and a bad way.

I had a perfect weekend with lovely girls - but, i'm still looking forward to Johanna returning to Paris.

..... Thought it was about time to show you some pics of my apartment.

Licorice and swedish food

Perfect day with Linnea and Johanna. We found a swedish shop with Licorice and a lot of scandinavian food - couldn't be better! Light lunch and sun in Paris. Gotta love France!

Un jour

A rainy sunday with tea and cake in Maison Richard at Rue Rivioli, with my two lovely friends, Johanna and Linnea. A very cosy place with fantastic sandwich, brunch, cakes and tea. 

Defiantly a place worth a visit ..

After a light "lunch", we went to the Swedish Church were we met a lot of other (swedish) girls and boys - we decided that a visit to the cinema was just what we needed.
We saw Un Jour, which is probably one of the most saddest, most romantic and beautiful movies I've ever seen. We all cried - like girls do.
Lovely sunday even though it was raining.

Sunday

Sunday was all about meeting new people. I went to the picnic in Champs de Mars with some girls from Le Vésinet and we met a lot of sweet girls. We ended up going to a café and to see Sacre Coeur and later on we went out for dinner. A lovely sunday evening. I could get used to this!

Hope you're not sitting home with a messy back of chips and a boring sunday movie ..
